Horror film The Bye Bye Man has rounded out its cast, adding Carrie-Anne Moss and Faye Dunaway, along with Cleo King, Jenna Kanell, and Erica Tremblay. They join Doug Jones, Michael Trucco, and previously-announced leads Douglas Smith, Cressida Bonas, and Lucien Laviscount.

Set in 1990s Wisconsin, the film tracks three college students who move into an old, off-campus house, where they find themselves preyed on by a supernatural entity called The Bye Bye Man. They must find a way to save themselves while keeping the whole thing secret to protect anyone else from becoming a target. Jones plays the title character.

An Intrepid Pictures/Los Angeles Media Fund production, The Bye Bye Man began shooting this month in Cleveland. Stacy Title directs from a script by Jonathan Penner, based on the short story The Bridge to body Island by Robert Damon Schneck. The film is to be co-financed and co-distributed worldwide by STX Entertainment and LAMF. Trevor Macy produces for Intrepid and Jeffrey Soros and Simon Horsman for LAMF.

Moss, currently seen on the Netflix/Marvel series Jessica Jones, is repped WME, Elizabeth Hodgson Management, and Kleinberg, Lange, Cuddy & Carlo. Dunaway is repped by Artists International Management. King is represented by AKA Talent Agency, Kanell by Jeremy Small at Water Street Anthem Entertainment, and Tremblay by UTA and Play Management.
